How to Effectively Manage Arbitration: Modern and Innovative Approaches to Case Management
The conference is extraordinarily FREE OF CHARGE.
ICC Prague Arbitration Day 2021 is a unique ON-LINE one-day conference organised in the heart of Central & Eastern Europe that focuses on topical issues in arbitration. The event builds on previous successful conferences in 2019 and 2018, each having hosted over 100 attendees from dozens of countries.
The event is again co-organized by the ICC Czech Republic and the ICC International Court of Arbitration, with a representative of the ICC Court´s management as a keynote speaker.
Target Group:
An audience not only from the CEE region but from the rest of Europe as well, with a special focus on in-house counsels, as well as lawyers (legal counsels), arbitrators, and representatives of national and international chambers (banking, insurance, etc.).
Programme (on-line):
ICC PAD 2021 will cover topics such as how to manage the arbitration process to make it more efficient fromthe result and cost perspective. We will discuss tools to make communication more effective and smooth, recent technology advancements that can assist in building a legal argument but that can also save time and labour to cut down costs of running the arbitration process etc. We will further discuss the settlement process and lessons learned from specific cases. The other area to be discussed will be the role of public entities in the arbitration process.
